Who can access our services?

Blue Moon provides personalised independent support for people who need assistance with everyday living, personal care, community participation, companionship, mental health wellbeing and other practical support needs

Do I need to have an NDIS plan to use Blue Moon?

No. Blue Moon can provide support to people who are self-managing or privately paying for there support, as well as clients whos funding arrangements allow them to engage an independent support worker.

Funding and payment arrangements can be discussed before support begins.

what happens when i first contact Blue Moon?

Its not a complicated application process.

We'll have a conversation about what support your looking for, your needs, preferences and expectations. If Blue Moon appears to be a suitable fit, we can arrange a meet and greet before deciding whether to move forward.

Theres no obligation to continue after the initial conversation or meet and greet.

Can family members, carers or support coordinators be involved?

Absolutly!

With the clients appropriate consent, Blue Moon can communicate with family members, carers, support coordinators and relevant professionals involved in their support.

The individual receiving support remains at the centre of decisions about their care, preferences and goals.
